Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, if you’re interested in working with M.J. Candle Co. on a wholesale basis, however big or small, please email – contact@mjcandleco.com
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
At this time we do not offer returns, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or chosen scent, being an e-commerce company, we completely understand! Send us an email with our contact form and we will help you with whatever issue you may be experiencing.

If you didn’t receive either of these e-mails, again just send us an email and we are happy to resend what you didn’t receive.

How do you ship?
We ship via USPS priority mail (1-3 day) flat-rate shipping. We offer priority mail express (1-2 day) as well if you need your products quickly!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 1-3 days to arrive, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments leave our studio. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at contact@mjcandleco.com and we will send it over.
Please note, once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
ABOUT OUR CANDLES
What ingredients are in M.J. Candles?
We are currently using 100% paraffin wax. (We do not use soy because we have found the scent throw to be very very light, and unless you burn your candle in a very small enclosed area we did not think it was best to use. After all, we all want candles for the scent!) We use a specific cotton wick that helps to minimize or eliminate carbon buildup (mushrooming), reduce smoking, and provide a 'self-trimming' effect, which creates a very stable and consistent flame. We’ve sampled many wicks to make sure our candles burn for quite some time and also prevent tunneling at the same time, the wicks we now use help our candles last just as long as many soy wax candles! These wicks are also lead and zinc free. The fine fragrance oils used in our candles are all phthalate-free and infused with natural essential oils. We want our products to meet the highest quality and safety standards.
What is the best way to burn/extinguish M.J. Candles?
Always trim your wicks to 1/4 inch before every burn. We recommend burning for no longer than 3-4 hours, and to gently blow out flame or use a wick snuffer. Never leave candles unattended or in reach of children or pets.
Can the jar be repurposed?
Yes! Once your candle only has about 1/4 inch wax left, you can either freeze your candle and pop the wax out, or you can place your candle in an oven to let it liquify, with oven mitt pour the wax out and wipe clean.
